Helpful Tools & Resources
Understanding Your Child's Growth
Every child grows at their own pace, but tracking growth over time can provide helpful insight into their overall health and development. Growth percentiles compare your child's measurements with other children of the same age and sex and can help show patterns in height, weight, BMI, and infant growth.
Use our Growth Percentile Calculator below to get an estimate based on established child growth standards. One measurement doesn't tell the whole story, growth trends over time are often more meaningful.
If you have questions or concerns about your child's growth, development, or nutrition, our care team is here to help.
Growth Percentile Calculator
Estimate pediatric growth percentiles from birth through age 20 using CDC-published growth chart data.
This tool is for general growth tracking and does not replace medical advice. Please contact Power County Family Clinic if you have questions about your child’s growth.

Growing, Learning & Changing Every Day
From a baby's first smile to a child's first conversation, the early years are filled with exciting changes. Developmental milestones are skills that most children can do by a certain age and can help parents better understand how their child is learning, communicating, moving, and connecting with the world around them.
Use our Baby & Toddler Milestone Explorer to see common developmental milestones from 2 months through 5 years. Simply select your child's age to explore skills they may be developing and discover helpful topics to discuss at their next well-child visit.
Every child develops at their own pace, and a milestone checklist is not a diagnosis. If you have questions about your child's development, notice a loss of previously learned skills, or simply feel concerned, our care team is here to help.
Baby & Toddler Milestone Explorer
Babies and young children learn new skills quickly. Choose an age to explore common developmental milestones in how children connect, communicate, learn, and move.
Have questions about your child's development?
Milestones are helpful clues, not a diagnosis or a test. If your child has lost a skill they once had, is not reaching one or more milestones, or you simply have a concern, talk with your child's healthcare provider. Developmental concerns are worth discussing early.
Educational content adapted from CDC's “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” developmental milestone guidance. CDC milestones describe skills most children—75% or more—can do by a certain age. These materials are not a substitute for standardized developmental screening.
Stay on Track With Your Child's Vaccines
Keeping up with childhood vaccines can feel confusing, especially as recommendations vary by age and schedules may change over time. Knowing where to find current, reliable information can help you feel more prepared for your child's next visit.
Use our Childhood Vaccine Schedule Finder to quickly find the current CDC vaccine schedule for your child's age group. Simply enter your child's date of birth, and the tool will direct you to the appropriate age-based schedule.
The finder does not review your child's personal immunization record or determine which vaccines are due or overdue. For personalized recommendations or help catching up on missed vaccines, our care team can review your child's immunization history and answer your questions.
Childhood Vaccine Schedule Finder
Enter your child’s date of birth to find the current CDC vaccine schedule for their age group. This tool does not review your child’s immunization record or determine which vaccines are overdue.
Why the official CDC schedule?
Vaccine recommendations may change and can differ for children with certain medical conditions, missed doses, pregnancy, or international travel. This finder sends families to the CDC’s current parent-friendly schedule rather than storing a potentially outdated schedule on our website.
This tool provides general educational information only. It is not a diagnosis, a medical order, or a substitute for review of your child’s immunization record by a qualified healthcare professional. Contact Power County Family Clinic for personalized guidance or help with catch-up vaccination.
Mental Health Support for Teens
Growing up comes with a lot of changes, and sometimes teens need more support than family and friends can provide. Anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelming stress, substance use, and other behavioral health concerns can affect school, relationships, and everyday life.
Power County Family Clinic can help families start the conversation, discuss concerns, and connect with appropriate behavioral health resources when additional support is needed.
Need More Intensive Support?
Charlie Health offers virtual intensive outpatient programs for teens experiencing serious mental and behavioral health challenges. Their structured programs are designed for young people who may need more support than traditional weekly therapy while still allowing them to remain at home and continue school and daily activities.
Teen Health Check-In
Your health is more than height, weight, and sports physicals. Choose any topics you have questions about. This is not a test, and you do not need to enter your name.
This educational tool is not a medical or mental health screening and does not provide a diagnosis. If you need immediate help or are in danger, seek emergency help now.
