Whether you're visiting a loved one or accompanying a patient to an appointment, we appreciate your help in creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Visitor Guidelines
To help maintain a safe and healing environment, we ask all visitors to:
Dress appropriately, including wearing shirts and shoes.
Practice good hand hygiene before and after visiting patients.
Stay home if you have a cold, sore throat, fever, or other contagious illness.
Help maintain a quiet environment for all patients.
Follow all instructions provided by nursing staff.
Be aware that visitors may be asked to step out during treatments, examinations, or physician visits.
Visitor access may be limited when necessary for patient safety or quality of care.
Parking & Campus Access
Free parking is available for patients and visitors.
Hospital
Parking and the main hospital entrance are located in the upper (rear) parking lot.
Skilled Nursing Facility
Parking and the Skilled Nursing entrance are located in the lower (front) parking lot.
Please do not park in reserved spaces or block the Emergency Department entrance.

8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Patient care is our highest priority. If you wish to visit outside of regular visiting hours, please contact the nursing station to discuss available visitation options.
Please check with nursing staff before visiting if you have questions regarding patient care, isolation precautions, or visitor restrictions.
Visitor Restrictions
Power County Hospital District may implement temporary visitor restrictions to protect the health and safety of our patients, residents, staff, and community.
Restrictions may be implemented in response to infectious disease outbreaks or other public health concerns. Current visitor guidance will be posted at hospital entrances.
During periods of increased respiratory illness or facility outbreaks, visitors to the Skilled Nursing Facility may be asked to:
Complete a health screening
Wear a face mask
Practice hand hygiene
Follow additional infection prevention measures

Tobacco-Free Campus
Power County Hospital District is proud to maintain a 100% tobacco-free campus.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of all tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on District property, including parking lots and outdoor areas.
Bringing Gifts
Flowers, cards, and thoughtful gifts are always appreciated.
If you plan to bring food or beverages for a patient, please check with the nursing staff first to ensure there are no dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical limitations.

Children are welcome when appropriate. Please check with nursing staff before visiting certain patient care areas.
