Power County Family Clinic

Power County Family Clinic is a family practice medical clinic. We offer a wide variety of pediatric, adult, and elderly healthcare services. We place a strong emphasis on individualized patient care plans and wellness to help our patients live a longer, healthier life. Our providers include Dr. Scott Conover, Dr. Brian Vause, and Nurse Practitioner LeeAnn Bolgen whom have expertise in a wide variety of health conditions to help all ages from pediatric visits to women’s health or cardiovascular diseases to diabetes or minor accidents, injuries, and dermatology procedures. We provide DOT physicals to meet the needs of area drivers. Our providers are also familiar with a network of specialists to assist with referrals for more advanced patient needs and testing.

Please call our clinic at 208-226-1057 to schedule an appointment with any of our Providers. We can often work with patients to offer same-day urgent appointments and new patients are always welcome!

No one likes to wait forever at the doctor’s office!  We encourage all patients to remember the following to help make appointments faster & easier.

• Patients that are more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will need to reschedule. We appreciate your cooperation with this to be courteous of everyone’s time & help us stay on schedule to meet everyone’s needs.  If you cannot make your appointment or will be later than 10 minutes, please call our office for alternate options! 
• Please remember to bring to your appointment: Insurance Cards, Contact Information, Medication List, Allergy List, & Medical History Information.
• Insurance and Self-Pay co-payments are due at the time of your visit.

We also offer behavioral health and counseling services at the Power County Family Clinic with Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Jill Gehring.  Jill works with patients of all ages to promote hope, health and recovery for her clients.  Her upbeat attitude and focused concern makes a big difference for those that she cares for.
